The impact on the family is far-reaching with it changing the children, the parties, the finances, the community, and the economy. This complex and emotional process leaves many people to not make optimal decisions. In our course today we will cover some foundational information about divorce that can aid anyone in making better decisions and how to leverage professionals to minimize fallout.
We will explore alternative options to a litigative model that promotes healthier outcomes with less damage.
