In this interactive course, learners will examine integrity as a key moral principle, evaluating their own ethical systems. Participants will review additional moral principles, applying them to their daily work. Learners will also review the four main ethical theories: deontology, utilitarianism, rights & virtues as well as the ethical decision-making model. Through case study work, participants will apply the information they have learned to real-world scenarios.
