Course Description
In simple terms, Medicare is a federal health insurance program for people aged 65 or older, and some people who are under age 65 with certain disabilities and conditions. However, to many, Medicare is anything but simple. This course is designed to provide a better understanding of Medicare, by going through its history, growth, expansion, and trends. The basics of Medicare and the ways to apply for coverage will be discussed in depth, along with examples and case studies
which compare and contrast Medicare Supplement/Prescription Drug Plans with Medicare Advantage Plans.

This course will supply you with the tools and knowledge regarding Medicare that you need to benefit your clients and possibly yourself.
