Dear Community Educators: I don’t know where to go to find my CE transcript. How can I find my continuing education transcript?
I often receive these urgent emails or telephone calls from insurance producers wondering how to find their CE transcript online. Sometimes they are even panicking because they don’t know how many credits currently they have or don’t know what year they need to renew.

Take a deep breath! I am here to show you this is a simple process. In this email, I will walk you through the steps; complete with screenshots. I guarantee if you follow this easy outline, you will never have any problems finding your insurance CE education transcript again!
1. Go to: www.statebasedsystems.com
2. Click on “License Manager”
3. Once you’re on the main State Based Systems page, click on “License Manager”, it will take you to the License Manager page.
4. Click the dropdown and select your state
5. Type in your last name, then “Individual”
6. Choose one of the following, either your National Producer Number (NPN) or your state license number, (hint, hint – they are the same)
7. Type in the last 4 digits of your social security number
8. Click “Search”
Walla!
You have your CE transcript in front of you. If you are interested in printing your license, click on the “Print license” button at the top of the page. Now wasn’t that simple?
